There are fleeting moments, gaps perhaps, in the modern world where human actions and movements remain deliberate and well understood. It is becoming increasingly more difficult to unveil the networks in place that drive our relationships with nature, desire, impulse and necessity; a symptom no doubt of the cluttered and abstracted processes embedded in contemporary culture. The following pages collectively frame the simplified fuel for the basic necessities of the human being: food, sex and security.
They call forward images that articulate moments of the theorized factors influencing our ever-fluid, shifting human geographies.
