couch sleepers
One of the glorious things about living in cities is that it they are frequent transit points. Easier and cheaper to get in and out of for any type of traveler. I remember living in Los Angeles and having friends consistently slumbering on the couch coming in from all over. Not much has changed as my years in San Francisco start to add up. Here is my dear friend Emily visiting me from Montana. Glory days.

Dustin Aksland
It is nothing new to the San Francisco photo kids when we hear people moving to New York. Dustin Aksland is no exception.
This MoTown sugar daddy soaked up an education and hustled San Francisco. He misses it, but how do you say no to New York? No doubt he will take the East with such ease.
Mr. Aksland’s photographs are snapped with a beautiful eye of a neat art man. Dustin leaves a wake of good times, sticky shoes, and full enjoyment behind him. True to all he does, we enjoyed a mimosa portrait session while he was visiting. Good man.
Please enjoy.

mushroom pie
I like the thought of bringing recipes back from my travels. Food is always a good memory sparker.
Crust:
125 grams butter
3 deciliter flour
1 tablespoon water
Mix the butter and flour in a mixer until you get a crusty texture. Add water and mix it together to a smooth dough. Push it out in a pie from and fork it in the bottom. Cool it in the refrigerator.
Put the piecrust in the oven a pre-bake it for about 10min, oven heat 225 degress celsius (437 degress farenheit).
pre-fry the mushrooms in a pan, just so that they get soft.
Filling:
2 deciliter grined cheese (use a cheese with a lot of taste/strong chess)
2 eggs
2 deciliter milk
chive
salt and peppar
Whisk eggs and cream togheter, add the grined chess and cut the chive into filling. Add salt and pepper.
Put the fried mushrooms in the pie crust and pour the cheese filling over the mushrooms. Bake the pie for about 20 minutes until the pie has stiffen. Oven temp: 225 degress celsius.
